My dish went out 2 weeks ago. Scheduled a tech to come out. Waited a week he couldn't find my house. Now the tech was supposed to be here at 10:00 it is now noon. No show again. 2 calls later to Dish he's on his way. Still waiting. I am beyond frustrated with this customer service. Service today or I cancel with Dish.

I was trying to gather information and the lady I spoke with didn't understand anything I was trying to find out. She couldn't tell me if their company services my area or tell me who I could speak with to even find out....anything. If you are answering phones for anyone other than your personal phone, please learn the information that people are asking about. If you don't know either find out, or pass the call to someone who can help. It is a waste of payroll to have someone like this in your business. I hope they will give better training and information for the future of this business. Good luck to anyone who has to call them.
