Niet onaardige app, maar basale functies werken te vaak onoverzichtelijk. App is regelmatig traag en niet intuitief. Info terugvinden kost meer tijd en moeite dan zou moeten. Je weet dat er iets niet helemaal goed loopt als de school app een running gag tussen ouders onderling wordt. Helemaal in deze tijd moet een communicatie systeem stabiel en betrouwbaar zijn, toch?

Ik ben zeer tevreden over het systeem en zeker over de ontwikkelingen ervan. Het biedt mogelijkheden om laagdrempelig met ouders en kinderen te communiceren (tweerichtingsverkeer). Hoort echt bij de betere schoolapps, die nu verkrijgbaar zijn. Ouders geven aan tevreden te zijn en vinden het een hele vooruitgang t.o.v. ons vorige (gratis) communicatieplatform, wat minder easy was, dan het pretendeert te zijn. 😉
Ontwikkelaars denken mee en doen wat met je feedback.
Zeker denk ik dat er nog winst te behalen valt in de opmaak van berichten, maar ook daarin worden stappen gemaakt. Over het algemeen een tevreden gebruiker.

Meest onoverzichtelijke app ooit. Ik mis een dashboard met knoppen die duidelijk laten zien wat ze betekenen. Berichten zijn slecht terug te vinden en daardoor groeit mijn weerstand tegen Social schools. Daarbij de instellingen van de school waarbij je niet kunt reageren als er wel om reactie gevraagd wordt en enkel de leerkracht van mijn kind te benaderen is en niet de directeur en intern begeleider maakt dat ik er niet enthousiast over kan worden. Weinig intuïtief. Veel onnodig zoeken en onvoldoende overzicht.

Als ouder: overzichtelijk ... maar een afspraak maken (oudergesprekken) is nogal een dingetje, daar moet je even voor gaan zitten. Ook af en toe foutmeldingen zoals "Fout: Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation.

Ik werk als leerkracht momenteel met mijn klas met Social Schools. Ik kan de opdrachten makkelijk klaarzetten voor de kinderen. Voor de kinderen is het overzichtelijk welke taken ze moeten maken en welke al gemaakt zijn.

Verder zijn de mensen van de klantenservice snel in het antwoorden en helpen zoeken naar oplossingen.

Fijne app om alle informatie op 1 plek te hebben. Wat ik alleen mis is meldingen als je pp een bericht heb gereageerd bijvoorbeeld.

Erg omslachtig! Kan niet eens de schoolagenda toevoegen wat best belangrijk is voor een alleenstaande werkende moeder!!! Raar ook dat je nergens een 'help'-tool kunt vinden. Gelukkig nog maar een paar maanden te gaan op de basisschool.
