Completely blew my socks off, one of my new favorite restaurants!!The food was amazing. We found this place because it smelled so good walking past it from the street, and it tasted just as good as it smelled!

The staff were incredibly courteous, professional, and helpful. Our waitress (Trisha) was so amazing, she even helped to pack up our left overs.

The Honey Walnut Shrimp was my favorite dish. It had candied walnuts, a perfect creamy & sweet sauce, and perfectly cooked shrimp.

The Garlic Chicken was so flavorful. I love the water chestnut, it is one of my favorite ingredients and it paired amazing with the wood ear mushrooms.

The General Tso’s Chicken was not spicy as expected, but amazing breading on the chicken and the peppers were very flavorful.

The Grass Fed Wagyu Pho was good and wholesome ingredients. If you’re a pho-lover, this is for you.

We also got some Thai Teas and they were spot on! Well-steeped tea base and a light milk/creamer, very refreshing.

I adored my visit and will definitely be coming back.

Had the best experience. Rodel was awesome. Enjoyed the service. Highly recommend Rodel as a waiter. 👍🏽Cocktails were definitely top shelf. Great atmosphere!💯💯💯most definitely must try is the calamari was on fire!!!💯💯💯

The food was authentic vietnamese, at least the Pho and summer rolls. Friendly staff and clean tables. I had the beef Pho which was very good. The only thing I thought could improve was the amount of basil that they provided for the Pho.

“This restaurant was a lifesaver after our trip through the national parks. The hot, delicious soup was exactly what we needed, and they did a fantastic job!

I would have loved to write a review about how good this Pho was but unfortunately Somi decided that putting boiling liquid in plastic containers that were not made for that purpose was the right way to package this. Two full containers of soup soaked into my car seat and all over my legs and shoes later I’m left at a loss. Ridiculous beyond belief that it was packaged this way and I’m lucky it’s winter and I’m wearing pants or I’d be burnt to a crisp. Also maybe ease up on the 1/2 cup of oil in each of these.

I first want to say we had an excellent waiter who was diligent in watching our table and giving us updates. She was so good it is something I needed to put in this review. The food was all in all delicious. General Tso chicken was lightly battered with delicious Tso sauce. The summer rolls were SOOO TASTY. Shrimp, with thinly sliced pork bacon mixed with rice noodles and the works. We had heard a lot of talk around the “shaking beef” which is cut up 10oz filet mignon either onions and tomatoes. Chef cooked it perfectly medium rare and the flavor was on point. I was surprised the most by the desert. Fried bananas with ice cream 🍨 Maybe it’s just because I like bananas but this dessert is to die for. If you haven’t been here, definitely worth a try 😌

We recently visited SOMI Vietnamese Bistro for the first time, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! First, we discovered the place by walking by (you can smell the deliciousness walking down the sidewalk ) ahhh. The moment I called to make inquiries, the hostess informed me that we could customize our spring rolls, which made me very happy.

Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the host and shown to a lovely corner booth. Our waiter, Rodel, was awesome – attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu.

We started our meal with the calamari, which quickly became our favorite appetizer. It was perfectly crispy and flavorful. We also tried the crab soup, which was rich and delicious, and the shaking beef, which was outstanding. The spring rolls with pork were fresh and customizable, just as promised.

To complement our meal, we enjoyed the Thai tea, which was sweet, creamy, and a perfect accompaniment to our dishes.

The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the servers were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our meal. Overall, SOMI Vietnamese Bistro impressed us with their excellent service, delicious food, and warm atmosphere. We will definitely be back again soon!

Tried this place for the first time. We had a gift card, and honestly didn't know where this was until we ate at a neighboring restaurant, so we came back to try Somi. The prices were a bit higher than I expected, but everything is now. My garlic eggplant didn't warrant the spicy moniker, and although the flavor and overall dish were amazing, the eggplant (at least on this occasion) was overcooked. The chicken and green beans were delicious as well. Starting with the cucumber Avocado rolls was a light yummy start. Finishing off with fried bananas that were delicious was a nice treat. You should definitely try this place. The staff and food were great. I wish they were as busy as some of the other places in this little 'food court' but I welcomed NO WAIT at dinner on a Friday without reservations.
