In 2016, I started my own business, in a field I had worked in since 2003. Through a friend, I heard about Ken with Webables. As a business owner, I knew my website, website security and emails linked to my website/business, were extremely important, especially in a small community such as Alaska. I met with Ken and immediately knew, this was an amazing guy. Ken was extremely knowledgeable with the whole computer, website and security realm and was so patient with my learning curve. But one of the most important things to me was, the time he took with me, the care he put into everything he did and the fact that, he was not satisfied unless I was completely satisfied. My website was amazing but it went deeper than that. On the backend, the most important part of a site, Ken made sure I was secure and with reputable companies. That security is priceless, especially in this “hacker” generation. You need someone who not only cares about your company long after he’s been paid, but is knowledgeable with all that tech stuff, which frustrates most of us. Ken will be there for you whenever you need. That’s Ken! He’s helped me through website transitions, making sure everything on the backend and even all my client lists and important data, was secured and protected. Is Ken good at building websites? One that will fit your needs and be appealing to clients? YES! Of course. But he does so much more than that!! The amazing thing is, Ken isn’t a “one and done” type of guy. He doesn’t get his money and then you never hear from him again. Nope, not how he functions. He builds relationships and it’s evident once you meet him and sit down with him. I’m glad to say, Ken has become a good friend. And, he still handles all my website, security and backend issues to this day. You’ve got to have someone you can trust or you can run into serious problems. I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Ken!! NO WAY! If you allow Ken to work with you, you will quickly learn, not only do you have a smart business man on your side, but someone who will become a trusted friend & confidant. In this day and age when you don’t know who you can trust, especially with this type of stuff, you can trust Ken. 100%. Ken’s client relations are what makes him the best! Without a doubt!
