Bottom Line: This guy made me money and saved me money.

I have recently worked with Adam Holzer on two (2) separate million dollar transactions and I can contend to the fact he is very good at what he does. For my first transaction, he represented me as the seller. Aside from his clearly amazing marketing ability, he was VERY timely and efficient with communications and was able to drive the transaction from point of interest to money in my bank in a short 6 days time. Fast acting on his behalf (even over the holidays) was able to secure my 2017 tax records in the final week of December!

In the second transaction he represented me as the buyer for a commercial purchase. His acute attention to detail and expertise in navigating through the available databases to dig up information (due diligence) was extremely thorough and SAVED ME A LOT OF $$$$$. He clearly understands the root fundamentals of negotiation and used strategy to justify a timely agreement between me and the seller.

Adam, at a moments notice, would be the first to head to the airport and take the next flight in order to secure his business. It seems that he is always full of logical solutions every time a obstacle/challenge would arise.

I will undoubtedly be using Adam for his real estate expertise AND marketing strategies to strengthen my lines of business.
