We had an amazing stay in the Octavia. The location is perfect to walk to most of the shops in Main Street. The building and grounds are brand new and very well kept- also very safe. The parking lot is tight- I’m glad we had rented a car- not an SUV.
The bed is very comfortable & the pillows perfectly soft. The fireplace in the bedroom makes it so cozy & romantic. The towels were incredibly soft and the shampoo & conditioner is “lavender-peppermint” scented- absolutely dreamy!!

Perfect location in downtown but tucked back just away from the noise. Carl cottage has a beautiful back deck overlooking Baron Creek and gorgeous old trees. This was our first time here and won’t be the last. Wonderful!!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our weekend stay for our anniversary, it's been unusually cold so the fireplace and hot tub were a big plus.
The rooms are well appointed with everything you need, comfy beds and leather chairs
In front of the fireplace. Also walkable to shops and restaurants on Main Street.
I Highly recommend Blacksmith Quarters as a luxury get away.

We stayed in the Max cabin and loved it! love the rocking chairs and hot tub on your private balcony ! Great sheets, very comfortable bed and bedding, pillows. Check in was easy with code. Great communicate! Only thing I would change would be a door on the bathroom area for privacy. We will go back for sure

I read the reviews about the management company, so we were a little hesitant, BUT, so glad we booked!!

This place is a gem! We rented the max, which had a private balcony and hot tub, everything about this room was amazing! Fireplace keep the whole room warm; the shower is so big, bed was comfy! This place is hidden, so super quiet and romantic.

We had to contact the management company about some minor issues, but they were great! Checked on us the whole trip, no issues at all. No crazy contact to sign before we came, they were very responsive and nice.

The location is perfect, we walked to everything.

The winery in front of this place (Coordinates Vineyards) is great! Nice cozy and quite little place, with south African wines, delicious!

This place was so peaceful, and the location to shopping and restaurants was perfect! We enjoyed the balcony in the evening, and got to watch deer eat along the tree line. We look forward to staying at The Blacksmith Quarters again.

Enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Texas hill country, went out on the deck and saw some deer listened to the water running along the rocks next to and in front of cottage. We also enjoyed the location, there is easy walking access to everything historic downtown has to offer.The only thing we saw that could be improved upon is the amenities like the quality of the soap and shampoos and coffee. We will be back. Thank you.
