Long John Silver’s is a decent option for “fast” food fish if you’re craving fried fish. The food itself is pretty good, and I appreciate that it’s always freshly cooked when it finally arrives. However, the wait time can be really frustrating—it seems to take forever to get your order, even when the place isn’t that busy. On the bright side, the freshness and flavor of the fish and sides usually make up for the delay. If you’re patient and want hot, freshly made fish, it’s worth a visit. Be careful not to burn yourself because it is hot!

We went through the drive-through. There was a line that took a bit.
The server was excellent. She seemed to be the only one working it (drive through), but to me, this place was worth it because the food was simply delicious!

One of my favorite places to eat but the quality is definitely heading in the wrong direction. And then I ordered through the drive-thru and I sat there at the window for about 25 minutes. Luckily I went out to get food and didn't have anywhere to go but it was still pretty annoying.

This is literally the worst long john slivers I have ever been to I been in the drive thru for 35 minutes after placing my order and still nothing it's ridiculous and the customer service is awful I am done trying to give this place my money do better long johns

We live where there is NO Long John Silvers and we love it. 45 years ago we ate at this location on our honey moon. We were in town for a family manner and was excited. We ordered.6 piece coconut shrimp with corn, 6 piece grilled shrimp with fries, 3 pieces of fish on the side and 6 hushpuppies..I just love the hushpuppies..we repeat the order 3 times and the girl repeated back to us twice. I really don't think she was all there..and was struggling...we got back to motel..had fries with my coconut shrimp...no corn at all..grill shrimp with rice..a box of fries..and no hushpuppies...we drove cross town just for our meal...glad now I don't have a long john silvers in Beaumont if this is the service they give. So disappointed...my mouth was ready for some hushpuppies..

I have lived here all my life this building is the same as its been since I was a kid, definitely time for a remodel, the food was okay expect ine of my fish filets the batter was cooked all the way through

i personally think this restaurant is good,but sometimes it can get awkward. for example, whenever i order my food and they make me wait,the service isn't very pleasing. also, the restaurant i went to had holes & tapes in the booths and it seemed very unclean.

Fries were hard like hockey pucks and the chicken was small and burnt and the green beans were salty and the food was just over cooked and waited at couter for like 10 minutes with no help and the skinny guy frying which im guessing is the manager is very disrespctful and rude i wont be going back just terrible terrible horrible service
