Highly recommend this office!
We were visiting from out-of-town when my mother's hearing aids stopped being effective. Bryant Better Hearing happily assisted my mother with her hearing aids even though she didn't purchase them there.

Dora was so helpful and compassionate with my mom. She cleaned the hearing aids (which was all that was necessary), showed my mom how to clean and maintain them, and even gave her a packet of items needed for future cleaning and maintenance.

Melaina at the front desk was friendly and patient with my mom as well. I can't say enough about how caring and accommodating this place is.

So, I was fine with my hearing, but everyone around me had a problem. I decided it was me and went to Bryant. They were so wonderful. Hearing aids were not something I wanted, but, by the time I left, I was thrilled. Should have done it five years ago. If it hadn't been for Bryant's professional and compassionate service, I would probably still have everyone repeating themselves. Thank you Debbie and Melina for a life changing visit.

I have been wearing hearing aids for 5 years with bad results. I couldn’t wear them anytime I was outdoors. I play golf and I sure couldn’t wear them anytime I played. I went in Bryant Better Hearing looking for ear plugs and walked out with hearing aids that I would recommend to anybody and playing golf or just being outside for any reason the wind is not a problem. Best thing happened I can hear my golfing buddies when they talk to me. Bryant Better Hearing personal are very professional. I’m so glad I stopped there looking for ear plugs. My hearing aids have changed my life.

I have had my hearing checked twice in the past year. The first time a doctor of audiology spent more time selling me new hearing aids than discussing my hearing loss. This time I went to Bryant Better hearing and Lexi spent 30 minutes asking about my needs and tailoring a solution to my lifestyle. Needless to say I highly recommend Lexi and all the folks at Bryant Better Hearing for anyone needing help with your hearing. Good hearing aids aren’t cheap but the staff at Bryant worked with my insurance to make the purchase as painless as possible.

Visited with Gary & his staff today to discuss any needed upgrades to the hearing aids he provided four years ago. He thoroughly explained that the aids I had were already surpassed in terms of technology and were delivering all they could, but my hearing continued to degrade. He took time to outline various choices that meet my hearing needs. He had his staff install one level of hearing aid, and after I was impressed suitably to agree to the purchase, they then asked if i wanted to go up one level. I agreed to try it, but with only one aid installed, I could hear a conversation two doors away! I can't remember the last time I had experienced that. So I went with the upgrade (the cost increase was to me marginal), and I am grateful that they made the offer to try it out. In past years I have been to all the local hearing aid providers, but none had ever been up to Gary's level of service. His staff is also experienced and seamlessly share his outlook on customer service.

The greatest place to go if you're having hearing problems they will go out of their way to help you out with I first went to Livingston hearing aids and they were real rude and only wants and wanted to push off the most costly hearing aids that they. Could and would not work with my insurance company and at Bryant better hearing they went out of their way to help me with out them I could not be wearing hearing aids today they have even given me a loner pair to use until they get mine ok'd from the insurance company I can not express the joy of being able to truly hear thing and people when they talk I knew that my hearing was bad but had no idea how bad it was it's amazing to be able to hear the words of people and all the little sounds that I wasn't able to hear before
