Huge potholes all around hotel furniture outdated. No desk chair for the 3 legged desk. But the room and bathroom clean. Hotel management very friendly.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was very impressed by the service I received. When I first came in the owner greeted me in a way that made me feel stress free. I had spent the majority finding a last minute room and had no luck until I stumbled across this motel. Within five minutes of getting settled into my room the owner called and told me if I needed anything to call and he would take care of it. Well I ask if I could get extra towels and he himself rushed them to my room. Overall it was a great experience and I will be staying here again.

Nasty place. Upon entering room found filthy sheets and bathroom towels. Not even a bar of soap to wash your hands. Furniture was dilapidated and room was musty and stunk of cigarettes. When we notified management they didn't even apologize or offer to fix. When we told them we would not stay in such a filthy place we were told to call in the morning. We left to find a better hotel with the idea that we would be refunded in the morning. We came back only to be told we had stayed over 10 mins in the room and would not be receiving a refund! Woman at front desk was rude and short without much more explanation. Steer clear of this place!

The location was easy to get access to. The rate was very affordable. It is a very old and out dated Inn, no electrical power outlets by the bed to use your cell phone or watch, had to put them across the room to charge. The decor needs painting inside and a lamp on the bed table. The AC was good, the staff was very friendly and have me a better rate than posted. Overall if you are in the area and just need a quick place to stay, no breakfast but cereal, it will do in crunch times!!

This place is horrible. They said we got a good deal on a room. No they just didn't realize rooms were filling up all over town so they didn't charge us the $179 they told my husband we would have been charged 30 minutes later. We moved the night stand looking for an outlet and there was trash all behind it. The people who live in the rooms/apartment upstairs are very loud. When we complained the clerk just shrugged her shoulders. We will never stay here again. We would rather sleep in our truck.

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE! We stayed here a couple of weeks ago and the owner and his wife were beyond rude. Every time we would ask them a question she would raise her voice and talk louder and louder and louder like it was getting her point across to us. After reporting them to the main people they were a little better and tried their best to be nice. We left on a Friday and came home, then my mother returned there (only because she had 3 free nights because of previous bad service) and noticed a couple days in that she had bites all over her. She sent me a picture and I told her that my husband and I had those same bites. She went to the doctor and sure enough they were bed bugs. WE HAD BROUGHT THEM HOME!!! She went and told the owners and they called her a liar and refused to give her her money back. She left. We are still fighting with them to get our money back to help with the expenses of cleaning our house up and getting rid of these bug. NEVER STAY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!

No ice machine. If after certain time worker can't provide clean towels. Shortage on all supplies. Owners are rude. However employee's are super nice and try to accommodate to their best abilities.

I have ask the City of Abilene to shut them down. Very nasty place. I got a room. After I went in I went and pulled the covers back to look at the sheets and they made the bed without washing them. I left and didn't ask for a refund. Looks like they need all the money they can get. Went down the road to a motel called Whitten Inn very nice place about 18 dollars more a night. But it has a hot breakfast. Eggs cooked to how you like them
