I love this place. The strawberry salad is my favorite. I added the Mediterranean sandwich to my new favorites last night. Great food and service. The music is always too loud and it’s hard to hear people sitting next to you. Not great for work meetings, but perfect for a quick lunch.

I have been to this Zupas multiple times and I have had wonderful service every time. I've eaten in store as well as ordered to go for my work, and regardless the staff is always kind and the food is always great! During the lunch and dinner rush it can get a little busy, but the wait is never too long and food quality never dips. I would definitely recommend Zupas in general as a great place to eat, and this location as a great example of how to be excellent!

I don’t think I’ve had something I didn’t like here. I always love getting the try 2 combos. My favorite thing is probably the Chris soup but the other soups are amazing too.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Zupas recently. Not only was the food underwhelming, but the customer service was downright awful. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and to make matters worse, the young manager on duty was no better. He was rude and clearly lacked any training in handling customer concerns. It felt like no one at the restaurant cared about providing a good experience. I won't be returning, and I certainly won't recommend this location to anyone. This place needs a serious overhaul in both service and management.

The slowest Zupas I’ve ever seen. It took us 56 minutes from getting in line to checking out with our food (line started right at the railings so not crazy). When it was our turn to order I watched them make 8-10 meals ahead of us before looking up and taking our order and that was happening before each dine-in order. It’s clear they prioritize DoorDash and online orders and it’s also clear the manager here has never gone through their own line to see the service. I had to repeat my order five (5) different times, which sucks when ordering for 4+ people. Wildly inefficient operation. Go somewhere else if you want food within an hour!

If you’re someone who cares about counting macros, the protein bowls are great in theory… unfortunately they are not weighed or measured very well and proportions are way off compared to what is advertised.

Always love Zupas but I recently moved to Orem and went to the Orem location for the first time and was blown away by the customer service!! Every employee went above and beyond to talk to me and it wasn’t just “what can I get you?” They were all so friendly and sweet! I was really impressed! Food was great as usual!! I would definitely recommend this location.

Love Zupas! My usuals are the strawberry or mixed berry salads and the Wisconsin cauliflower soup! It’s so good! Sometimes I’ll get a sandwich. I recently tried their warm curry bowl, it wasn’t my favorite but willing to try the other options. I would have given them a 5 but the orem location that I frequent drinking fountain is always water down! There’s never been a time where the drinks aren’t watered down so I stopped paying for drinks there.
