Drove a friend to her appointment last week to renew her MM card (low thc oil registry). We made the drive from Rome (well over an hour with traffic and some confusing back roads, although beautiful and scenic). We were running late but the staff there were all extremely pleasant. We were in and out within about 30 minutes tops! We found all the staff friendly and competent, and the facilities themselves were very clean and actually quite beautiful. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!

This place is wonderful. I took my autistic son here to get his shots and the test done to enroll him in school, the lady who asked all the questions, took his weight and height was AMAZING. She does wonders with autistic kids. He never even cried which was a first. Thank you so much ❤️

Super rude front desk receptionists. They sit on their phone all day to gossip. The women clinic need to do a better job .

It’s becoming obvious that it’s impossible to lose one’s job at this Public Health facility. The lady at the front desk seems to hate her job, and takes it out on the public. Everyone else was polite and courteous for the most part. If the manager is unable to terminate an employee, perhaps they should find another position, that has no involvement with the public, for the lady at the front desk.

I was told by the person at the first desk that I was at the wrong place after being told to go there over the phone. Then a lady at the second desk was very rude and just told me "this is not where you belong." The final desk lady told me that they do not accept my insurance and to go elsewhere after waiting 30 minutes for my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. I am honestly blown away by how unprofessional and incompetent everyone at this establishment is. The Georgia Department of Public Health should really do an investigation on this place.

This is review is about the Health departments dental provider. My 17yr old son had an appointment for a cleaning and I had to work so I asked my oldest son who is 25 yrs old if he could check his brother out of high school and take him to this appointment. Oh the appointment was for 11:15am and the Health department called me twice to change the appfor earlier time because they had cancelations. Ok that's fine so my 2 boys get there at 10:30am. When they got there they was told that paperwork had to be filled out by a parent and that my oldest son who is 25 yrs old could not do that. So my text me at work I had to then call the Health Department and tell them that I was at work that if my son could please fill out the paperwork or if I could go after work at 3pm and fill it out. The woman at the health department told me no and that the paperwork had to be filled out by a parent. So I told her that their office won't take appointments for cleanings after 3:30pm and this was the only way that I could get him there. But she repeated to me that the Health Department will not allow anyone else besides the parent to fill out this paperwork. So I told well I guess he won't get his cleaning done then. In which she replies that I will be charged a $25 no show cancelation fee. I told her how if he's there but your refusing to provide service just because a 25 yr old isn't his legal guardian to fill out paperwork. This should have been communicated before the appointment. If they can call to ask me to change my son's appointment twice they could have told me that I had to be present to fill out his paperwork.

Lady at the front desk named Mary. Absolutely out of line and beyond disrespectful. Apparently this has been an on going issue at this office for years . Never had an issue with anyone else in this building and have been using this office for 8 yrs .
