I love Wingstop! I always have a good experience when I visit this location, the staff is always friendly, but this is the 3rd time I’ve received “fries” like this. They’re tiny, crunchy and has no potato inside. When I order French fries, I expect to get French fries! Other than that I always love their chicken and I do plan to return to this location!

Good wings is why I gave the 2 stars. Wait time too long. The girl up front said our ONLINE ORDER wasn't ready and had us waiting half an hour. The bag was sitting there the whole time. Food was cold. Very crowded with people getting anxious about waiting so long. Very long for a thursday night. I can imagine the weekend

We accidentally ordered at Chattanooga. After calling and canceling the order, we were still charged for it, and even after receiving a "cancelation and a refund," we did not receive our refund after two weeks. So we decide to approach the Dalton location. Management reviewed our request We mistakenly placed an order at the Chattanooga location and promptly called to cancel it. Despite this, we were charged, and even after receiving confirmation of the cancellation and a promised refund, we had not seen our money returned after two weeks. In light of this, we turned to the Dalton location for help. The management there listened to our concerns, made the entire process hassle-free, and graciously refunded us with comparable items from our original order. We truly appreciate their understanding and resolution! made our experience at-ease and refunded our meal with similar items.

Very disappointing service, food is always very slow to come out even when an online order is placed to have ready in time for lunch. The food is decent at best but when you remember the service theres is not point in wasting your time 15-20 minutes for a single order is pretty ridiculous for “fast food.”

Service sucks. Went to check on my order after about 30 mins and guy fixing order said that prep time was about 30 min wait. Yet Jim, Luis, Scott, Ashley, Maria, Gabriel, DeNice, A Aron and their mommas all got their orders before us even though we placed our order first.

Ordered 10 traditional wings (well done) fries with lemon pepper seasoning & the 10 boneless wings meal. Wings were not well done very chewy, the fries were soggy and stale. They gave me 5 boneless wings and the rest were bits/pieces of tenders.

The scent of the food was compared to the men's bathroom. It disgusted me by eating more of their limon pepper wings they provided for me. And whoever made them on Tuesday, ruined my day. And honestly need to pay attention if the person has well-cleaned hands throughout their shift.

I got the boneless wing meal deal with 20 boneless wings. Several of the lumps they gave me had no chicken at all only hard lumps of batter. It is just already expensive enough and to not get what I paid for is super frustrating.
