Really bad... I ordered business cards, and on their website, it says they would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. I went there an hour later, and they told me they weren't ready and that now I have to wait 17 days for them to be delivered. From 20 minutes jump to 17 days. Very disappointing

Got there right at 8:00 the lady was so mad bc i got There when they opened. Not my fault you open at 8. She was so rude i said Good morning and it was like she was mad bc i spoke To her. I really Hope Frankie’s day gets better and i really Hope she’s not over the customer service bc she had a horrible attitude!

Very bad experience!!!! Went in Nov 5th to have shipping label printed and ship item from online sale. Long story short never was given a receipt just told to take Pic of the shipping label that's all I'd need. Checked tracking info everyday nothing showing in usps or ups possession. Called store talked to Jason in printing all to find out my package sat there for days overlooked but assured me that it would be picked up Nov 10 which still isn't showing in usps or ups tracking info as even been scanned in . I'll be calling main office Monday for sure. This is very unprofessional and upsetting. I've kept in contact with the buyer keeping he/she posted about the situation hopefully I'll not get my first bad review.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at Office Depot. I looked around for a bit and found what I needed then went to the front to pay where I waited in line for 5 minutes. Then was told if I didn’t want to wait I should go to the printing center and check out. The girl at the register was having trouble with her card so I proceeded to the print center and when I got there there was no one there. After a few minutes I see the guy that was behind me start checking out. All the while I was still waiting. Being told to go to the print center to check out faster and then waiting longer is a fail to me and your customer service . I ended up leaving the merchandise and walking out.

I had to find somewhere that could and would fax a copy of my late husbands death certificate to a specific dept. At the SSA. And. I had no clue what I was doing. But all I had to do was walk inside ask someone for help and they did the rest. They made everything so easy , it took all the stress and anxiety away. I say ty an gratitude to them for that.
Oh ... And it didn't cost but a little over $1.00.
