We got wings (lime and pepper, garlic parm) and some shrimp and fries, which was really good. The atmosphere of the place was calm and nice. The service was great! Really enjoyed it and would recommend trying it out!

Had a great night out at Baja Coop, food was excellent! Great flavors in everything and if you go here get the cheese dip it goes great on everything. I had the steak wrap which was more like minced beef with lettuce, their house sauce, rice and other ingredients. We got the dip trio also. Atmosphere was stellar and service was wonderful! Included a picture of my wife and I with the beautiful indoor lighting.

I’ve eaten here several times and always have a good experience. The last time I called and placed a to go order and it was great! The person who took my order was helpful and polite. The food took about 15 minutes from calling it in to receiving it which I feel is normal for a busy Saturday. I got there to pick it up and was greeted right away. My order was exactly what I wanted and all of the modifications and sauces I ordered were correct and the food was hot and fresh. We usually eat here a couple times a month but we might have to make it a more regular stop!

I can’t brag enough on Baja Coop! My family frequents this stop at least once a week (if not more)! They always have the best service, delicious food, and incredible prices as well as a stellar cash back reward system. I highly recommend the wings (best in Dalton) or any of the tacos but honestly you will love anything you try. The Baja Avocados also make for a great appetizer! If you’ve got one restaurant to try while in Dalton don’t hesitate to go to Baja Coop!

I am going to give you the review in reverse. The wings are fukin DELICIOUS. I requested the original to give you a good review. Any tasty sauce can make mediocre wings taste decent. These are above decent. I have yet to taste better wings in GA and TN as good as these.

The fried avocado… are a MUST try.

I bought the three types of fish tacos to see which one I prefer. It’s what fish tacos are supposed to taste like. What does that even mean? It means you can taste the fish and the other ingredients in a perfect balance. And get this…they come with CORN tortillas.

The dessert…pretty good. Same great balance of flavors throughout.

This definitely does not have a “commercial” flavor. It’s the authentic “local” flavors I seek when traveling abroad.

The usual I touch on. The environment was easy. A little “young” - high school to sophomore college feel. But remember, it’s my first visit. No mask requirement for staff or customers. Pleasant tone taking my order over the phone. I didn’t have to wait when I arrived to pick up the food. And the customer service was transactional.

Wonderful portion sizes! Fabulous staff, wings are a great size, crisp and full of flavor. The wings have both heat and flavor. The bowls are a favorite of my daughter's. Everything we have eaten here has been great.

The staff is very sweet and attentive.

Best appetizer hands down has to be the queso and chips.

Nice little spot downtown Dalton with bowls, tacos and wings. The items are pretty simple, with similar toppings for the bowls or tacos just portioned appropriately for each. However, everything is really good. Some of the best wings in Dalton. Get the dip trio (queso, pico and guac), it's become a staple for my meals there.

Love eating at Baja Coop. I’ve never been disappointed with anything I’ve tried here. Everything is perfectly seasoned. Portions sizes are perfect for the price. The Rice Bowls are a must try! Their Spicy Shrimp Tacos are to die for.
