I am writing to express our deep disappointment with our recent experience, marking the second time our company has faced significant challenges with your service. We have been loyal customers for nearly 10 years, but this situation has led us to reconsider our future relationship with Home Depot. We recently placed an order for doors, only to receive them all damaged, with one missing entirely. Despite notifying your team immediately, no timely solution was offered. To meet our client's project deadline, we had to invest our own time and labor to repair the defective doors. Moreover, the missing door was not reordered for three weeks, and we have been informed there is no way to expedite it. This leaves our client without a door in time for their Thanksgiving gathering.

Throughout this process, we have not observed any urgency or sense of responsibility from your team. Once the order was paid in full, it felt as though resolving these issues became entirely our problem. This lack of quality control from your vendors and the subsequent delays have been frustrating and have caused us financial losses.

We sincerely hope Home Depot will address these ongoing issues to prevent similar occurrences in the future. As a result of this experience, we will be re-evaluating whether to place large orders with your company going forward.

“I had a great experience at Home Depot La Quinta thanks to [Venessa Medina ] in the paint section. She is incredibly helpful in guiding me through the color selection process, offering great advice and suggestions based on my needs. Her knowledge of different paint types and finishes made it easy to make the right choice. Excellent customer service—friendly, patient, and professional.

Prepare to wait on yourself at all times. 35 minutes in the warehouse, (Palm Desert)and not one associate asked me if I need help. Walked by me looking for electrical parts, nada, nothing. Checked myself out at the New self serve cashier desk (6) where I was watched but not greeted or thanked. Good thing there removed the Bell for great service. I like Lowe’s better. They seem to like seeing you come in…

The employees are attentive and helpful . At home Depot you can find what you need and get the project done .
That why you see contractors and you average person getting the job done let's do this...

This is what happens when you remove people from working registers. The self checkout goes down and everyone's screwed

Shout out to an employee of the La Quinta store named Hugh. I had one broken light bulb cover for a ceiling fan and was trying to figure out how to find just one without ordering it online and hoping it was the right fit. Hugh made sure I walked out of the store with the correct one from a display. Great customer service and makes me want to give them more of my business!!

Horrible shopping experience, when I went to buy a pressure washer and it was locked. First time I see that. I have no problem with the pressure washer being locked. But what I do have a problem with is the employee escorting me all the way to register like if I am a thief. Truly disgusting. Making people pay for other peoples consequences. Next time I rather shop at Lowe’s where they don’t make the customer feel like a thief.

Went in with my mother to look at refrigerator we were trying to purchase. Oscar an employee who came to so call “help us” was very arrogant and and thought he knew it all. I was looking at a LG refrigerator in the color white which was $2,098 online and the price in store was $3,098. So I asked him to check the price online and he said very arrogantly “I’m telling you the price in here is the price” my mother decided to walk away after that answer. He then proceeded to check the price since I stuck around and saw the price was $2,098 online and did not even apologize for his arrogant reply he made at first. He then went to rudely say are you guys buying or just asking questions. That’s when I decided to ask for his name and say thank you and left. Not a very kind way to treat customers. If he hates his job he shouldn’t be working at Home Depot.
