I recently discovered an exceptional coffee shop in Jersey City that has quickly become my favorite among the many I’ve visited over the past year. I sampled the Iced Vietnamese Coffee and found it thoroughly enjoyable. Beyond the outstanding coffee, Snapdragon boasts a comfortable environment and a uniquely appealing ambiance.

Additionally, there is an upstairs lounge equipped with tables, couches, and board games, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Although I typically do not go to coffee shops to work, I can envision myself being productive in this space due to its comforting and private setting, which I have not experienced in other coffee shops. Moreover, Snapdragon is available for rental for private events. I can’t wait to go back!

Probably the best coffee shop outside of downtown Jersey City, and arguably in all of JC. You won't get this kind of peace and quiet elsewhere.

The drinks are made very well and the staff is always friendly. The atmosphere is quiet, quirky, vintage and laid back - perfect for getting some work done, reading a book or catching up with some friends. The space has plenty of seating spread out between the first and second floors. If I could, I'd spend days here 😶

Snapdragon is a solid spot. The coffee is legit—smooth, strong, and just what you want to kick off the day. But the lox bagel? That’s where they really hit it out of the park. Fresh, flavorful, and packed just right. The whole place has this laid-back vibe that’s perfect for hanging out or getting some work done. And the staff? Super chill and welcoming. Very cute cafe. Best place if you are looking to have a quick bite and some coffee. You will definitely feel relaxed. Nicole has been super sweet and attended to our needs. Her smiling face is as refreshing as the coffee she serves.

amazing coffee shop and an excellent ‘third place’ for those looking. cozy and rustic interior with comfortable seating good enough for prolonged work periods or for grabbing a quick coffee with friends. i got the lox bagel and a pastry and both were incredible. cappuccino was great and the owner was really kind and attentive. 10/10

I discovered my new favorite coffee shop in NJ yesterday! I am so happy I came here…from the kind and helpful barista(Juri I believe)to the chill and quiet atmosphere to all of their amazing foods.

I ordered a blueberry danish, avocado toast, whitefish toast, Vietnamese iced coffee and croissant. Everything was SO delicious and unique in flavor. Very good portions as well!

I could definitely see myself going there again and it’s a great setting for any occasion from studying, working, or meeting a friend.
