In haste I reached out for professional print services and discussed my project with their associate Sarah. Her professionalism, concern for my needs, and even trouble shooting a problematic electronic file did not phase her whatsoever. She did not waste a single moment and communicated with me via phone and text, thoughtfully letting me know exactly how things were progressing. Within one hour my stress level disappeared and Allegra delivered both exceptional product and service to me. One last thing, their pricing was excellent and was one-third lower than a large (non-local) competitor who would have provided a lesser-quality finished product. We use Allegra for all of our business needs (copies, lamination, pens, plans, signs, etc.) The work is always done timely and looks fantastic! The customer service is the best! We also use Allegra for all of our personal needs as well. We had cookbooks, kid's artwork and yearbooks from the 1950's copied for preservation. We had over 100 family recipes that were originally typed on Vellum Paper and were so thin and worn they wouldn't scan or print well when we tried. Everything we take to Allegra looks amazing. Sarah is always friendly and very helpful. She spent a considerable amount of time making sure everything we dropped off looked great.
