Tap local is by far the best web design company I had to deal with. I researched and
Interviewed many web design companies before choosing Tap local. I am very pleased with the knowledgeable, professional, patient, efficient, personable and amazing team I was blessed to work with. The whole staff really cares about you're company's web design page as if it were their own. And they guide you through the whole process. Another big plus for me, was the fact that they never rushed me. They moved only as fast or slow as I was willing to go, and they respected my time and input as well. This is the only web design company that I would ever refer to family friends and everyone else. Their prices are very affordable as well, and worth every penny. I have an awesome web page, thanks to Caleb, and the whole Tap Local team.

Won't return calls to cancel service. You will have to cancel the subscription by blocking them from withdrawing money from your bank. Poor customer service when you're wanting to cancel. Was ensured I would get a call back to cancel before another payment was taken out. DO NOT RECOMMEND
they keep charging my credit card do not do business with this company rip off and they do not do anything for you ,they want the money only (i need to get all my money back .stop stop stop stop stop

My company's account manager had monthly calls with me and even though the process was not perfect, we were able to come to an agreement on how to move forward and what steps I can make to develop my business. DJ is awesome. Great asset to Tap Local. I've passed on everyone because of their approach and not feeling comfortable with their presentation. Completely the opposite when it comes to DJ. Never thought I'd say this but with all certainly I'm glad I answered the phone and didn't pass up the opportunity to sign up with Tap Local.

I have been working with Tap Local and Jack now since end of July. And have been very happy with the new website they built me and the weekly follow up calls with Jack so we can see how the lead sourcing is working and making tweaks as we need to with key words and the website etc.

I have worked with other companies in the past and they always gave me the run around and didn't live up to what they said. So far my google ranking has improved and people are finding me better for my services.
