What a great find. We were only staying overnight in St Helens and we found this place. The vibe is amazing as is service and food. Absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend.

The vibe is incredible. The place feels like a time machine - straight to the 70s/80s.
Impressive the way they decorated the place. The owners were very friendly as well.
The beers were good, music too.
We got there last and they accepted us, but the menu was limited at that time.
Mac and cheese was good, sweet potatoes as well, but Cyprus salad not that good.
Definitely a must if you are in the area.

Amazing atmosphere - there's tons of seating in the courtyard and indoors. Loved all the plants and the retro touches. The food was delicious, and there were lots of vegetarian options. Absolutely amazing place. Lots of street parking nearby.

What a cool place to sit and eat in an informal, retro setting with good music in the background (not loud or annoying).
Friendly service. Suggested the nachos and we also got the Japanese style deep fried (not greasy) cauliflower.
Very tasty and satisfying.
So different to restaurants or takeaways.
Excellent memories made.
I'm raving because it was that good!

What a great find this little gem is. Do yourself a favor and if in St Helens it’s a must do. The wonderful hosts Em & Mike have made this a fantastic experience, everywhere you look there’s a funky piece of furniture with a story. The margaritas are to die for and the food very, very tasty … it’s all prepared with love. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Stopped off here on Wednesday nite for a quick drink, ended up having half a dozen cocktails and some of the food on offer, both of which were fantastic. Definitely worth a visit if you have the time to stay and enjoy
