I have been a client of Hyperspace IT for 10 years. Robbi, their best employee to extra care of my account, Sedona Fly Fishing Adventures, we have prospered in that 10 years. Robbi is no longer there. I have requested an upgrade to my website and it is only half finished and is not being worked on. This has been a MONTH! I have requested my CPanel login so I can take control of my website and hire a new company. THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME THE LOGIN! I have requested this for weeks! Mary Smith and Nikki are totally ignoring my requests and its very frustrating. I have retained an attorney and also filed a complaint with the AZ Attorney General. All they have to do is give me this login. I am ready to part ways and I am done with this company. Be aware of what your getting into with this company. No responses, no customer service, low quality work.

I rate less than a one. It does not register on a scale. This company Rips you off PERIOD. I have been trying to collect the money they owe me for over a year while communicating with Mary Smith weekly. They lead you on and definitely don’t deliver. WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY.
