We've been using Atria Media Group for almost a year now with great results. We participated in the complimentary Adwords audit which was very detailed and informative. Our complimentary phone appointment was only supposed to last for 30 minutes however Isaiah spent over an hour with us discussing marketing strategies. I know very little about AdWords, had previously used AdWords Express with some modest success. My experience with Atria left much to be desired. During the sales process they were always accessible by phone. NO phone support after the sale, when I say NO, I mean it isn't an option. (Shame on me for not asking about that). They had misspellings in several ads that ran (which I ultimately caught) and the only measurable change we saw from working with them for 1 month was a spike in misdirected calls, i.e. folks calling our firm trying to reach Fidelity Investments.
I went into the engagement with the idea of a 3-month trial, just felt like this wasn’t what I had expected and felt like continuing would only increase my level of frustration.

Great job Atria, we're very pleased with your management of our Adwords account! Lead flow is abundant and importantly top quality, which means highly targeted. We're experiencing serious growth thanks to the increase in leads since Atria to over the helm. Had serious reservations about farming out the management of our PPC acct since I had done it myself for years, and knowing how agencies skim off the top of the monthly budget made me almost not pull the trigger. With Atria's approach we are still in control of the ad spend and more importantly it goes where it is supposed to. My time is freed to do what I do best which is sell and run my business vs. not worrying about changes to the Google algorithum!
