I was amazed at how friendly and helpful everyone was at the office of finance. Everyone was so helpful when I needed it most. Just awesome staff. Well trained. I visited Three floors all were helpful.

Hate it there. Dusty old building. Have never been treated so poorly. Depressing on my soul & mental state. Dusty even after you've dusted, complaining ungreatful ,unkept, place. The security, & some staff, HR, makes it all worth it. Thank GOD & GREATFUL FOR A JOB! BUT DFA MGRMENT IS VERY PETTY & CAN NOT HEAR YOU OR LISTEN WHEN U SPEAK! NEVER HAD A RAISE IN 3YRS. NEW MGR JOB ONLY WANTS A CHECK & DNT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT STAFF THAT IS CLEANING, FORCED TO LOOK AFTER INMATES # TRUTEES CAN'T BE TRUSTED...

Parking can be tricky if you don't know where to go. If you're visiting, ask for suggestions as to which side streets to use. There's a subway sandwich shop in the basement if you don't have time to walk a few blocks for a quick bite.

It's a State office bld. Art Deco and office cubicles. I've found bullets on the roof of the parking garage. Yay Jackson.

I spoke with an officer Capitol Security and the officer had NO CLUE what the Mississippi Film Commission was and that they are LOCATED IN THE BUILDING THAT THEY ARE GUARDING!
