So disappointed about this company

I teach people how to make signs, I ordered a roll of banner material to make a live video and when I was doing a live streaming we noticed some white micro fibers showing on the printing.
This micro fibers damaged 2 print heads of my machine and obviously I didn’t finish the job I was running that time.
I spoke with David White and he sent the driver to pick up the defective material to see the issue and then talk about any resolution about all the damage this material caused with my machine, this happened in December the 17th, 2022 and up today I still haven’t received any answer from this company, it cost me a lot of money to fix my machine replacing 2 print heads and hiring a technician to come over to clean all the inside of the machine
Don’t waste your money with a company that doesn’t care about customers!

Today is April 5th I had order six 100 Watts and I just got home today around 5:30 and they brought me the wrong lights, they brought me 54 Watts LED lights and I have a very urgent job set up for April 6 in the morning at 7 and now this is a mess for my company now I might be losing this job and this is not the first time that it happened to me in the past they did this to me before and I end up losing the job again I am not happy I needed this light for tomorrow morning and nobody is at the office to respond for this
