Deja is an amazing Salesperson with natural talent, who deserves a raise and much respect. I would hire her in an instant. She was helpful, not too pushy but very informative. I am not a fan of people calling and asking a million times for my business, so I call when I want information. She was a delight and yes, I am using their services. Nathan is very helpful as well. I imagine he will also be someone I enjoy working with. More to come on services.

Everyone I talked with was very kind and the process was pretty simple. Would give 5 star had all the information been shared up front. Instead I was offered a certain product for a certain price. After agreeing on that price I went ahead and signed up. It was the following call I got about 10 mins after my purchase telling me that if I paid XXX.XX more dollars I can get other features that were not discussed in the original offer. I do not like this type of sales marketing. Constantly trying to up sell a customer to get this new package for XX.XX dollars more a month. So the price I was originally offered wasn't want I ended up paying because no was not really a answer. Had they just offered the different products they had and let me choose what would work best for me and my budget would of been much happier with the service. I am still in my first month so we will see how it goes. However, if I get anymore calls about upgrading my service to have some new feature that wasn't offered up front I will not continue my subscription.

They explained everything very well, & they were genuine. I was home at the time and dealing with my 3 young children. They were very understanding and didn't become frustrated. They worked out the best package for me. Currently waiting ti see how it turns out but I'm confident it will be perfect.!
