When I talk to people from bigger towns, or cities they talk about hoping to get fiber soon… it blows their mind when I show them and tell them we have fiber here in our community and surrounding communities. People take many things for granted and high speed internet is one of those things pinpoint for life! We are grateful for them. Safe to say when I took this screenshot it was a busy time in the evening for those at home and our internet was still crushing it.

Wow, my internet has been buffering all day, I call the 24 hour hotline, and get a muffled phone call, with a dog barking in the background. An answer of them not knowing when it will be back up, and no idea if we will get credited for a down day. This lady had no answers and no customer service skills, it is like a 180 flip from what it was like when they were Spiral.

Continually get bumped off line. Only devices in use are smart tv watching Netflex and cell phone. Called customer service and was told they were addressing new customers without internet. This happens frequently. There is fiber capable 5g 1/4 mile away from roughly 25 prospective satisfied customers and no plans to upgrade our service.i guess they see us as a captive audience.
