Back in 2023, I had the chance to have a business dinner with my team at Soho House Chicago, and it was an experience I still talk about to this day. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like VIPs—the level of service, attention to detail, and overall social energy of the place was truly next level.

The ambiance is effortlessly cool and upscale—you feel it the moment you step through the doors. There’s this perfect blend of exclusivity and comfort that makes you feel like you’re part of something special. Whether it’s the carefully curated interiors, the hum of conversation all around you, or the elegant lighting—everything about the space feels intentional and elevated.

Now, the food and drinks? Absolutely on point. I ordered a steak and fries, and it was cooked to perfection, paired with a crisp, refreshing glass of white wine. The cocktails were also top-tier—expertly crafted and beautifully served. Every bite, every sip, just elevated the experience even further.

It wasn’t just a meal—it was a celebration of good company, great service, and being in one of the coolest spots in Chicago. Whether you’re there for a meeting, networking dinner, or just want to experience what it’s like to be treated like royalty for a night, Soho House delivers across the board.

What a fun and memorable evening that was. Can’t wait for the next time!

A most magnificent hotel. Converted from an old belt factory, it's steeped in history and just oozes period charm. Every inch of it has been designed by an expert; each and every floor revealing ever more charming places to eat, drink and work. Our bedroom was fabulous, the attention to detail manifest and comfort levels off the scale. From the height of the ceilings to the size of the room, via the classy furnishings and monumental bed, it was just a glorious place to relax. Every need had been thought about - we especiually appreciated the tin of cookies. It has the most impressive gym with a full array of equipment and indecent amounts of space, a roof top pool affording incomparable views, restaurants and bars which make it difficult to leave. However, above all the splendour, comfort and majesty of the place comes the staff. They were to a person - wonderful! Helpful, committed and hospitable and genuinely interested in our wellbeing and the quality of our stay. It ranks amongst one of the best hotels I have stayed in and would recommend it unreservedly.

Located in the heart of West Loop, Soho House Chicago has something vibrant to offer year round. The hotel, which is well appointed with a warm mix of euro-vibes and industrial chic, is worth a stay to enjoy all the house has to offer.

There is a ton to explore from the spa, cinema room, lounge and rooftop with heated pool - just t name a few top lines.

As a matter of constructive feedback, the service is excellent - once you get the attention in the first place. Something that can be improved for sure.

That aside, I’m a huge fan and can’t imagine living in Chicago without this gem and all the activity and connectivity that it offers.

Soho House Chicago truly feels like a home away from home. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and the service is top-notch. The food is delicious, and I have to give a special shout-out to Brandon behind the bar. He's the backbone of this place, crafting amazing drinks and always going above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. If you're looking for a place with great vibes, fantastic service, and a true sense of community, Soho House Chicago is the spot.

I love my worldwide Soho House membership and love having the Chicago location just a few minutes away from where I live. My favorite thing to do is meet up with my girlfriends over the weekend. They have the best service at the main bar. Brandon is my favorite server there. Make sure to get him because he mixes the best drinks and always makes sure we are having a good time! And I really appreciate that he makes me a bomb NA cocktail when I request it. It’s always picture worthy and makes me feel part of the group even if I'm not drinking! Thank you for always making our night! 🙏

I performed an event in 2023 for Diwali Night, and my bandleader still hasn't been paid. I really don't understand how such an "exclusive" members-only club can get away with not paying the musicians they hire.

I had holiday tea at the SH yesterday - highly mediocre. The food did not seem
fresh (crusty dry scone) and was not delicious, despite the hefty price tag ($95 if you had a glass of bubbly). Service abysmal. Would not return, vibe or no.
