We held our strategic planning session in the Ohio room! Beautiful views! Beautiful lighting! Fantastic catering support and attentive waitstaff for lunch service. Had all the AV and android and apple compatible tech needed. Made the day-long event go by so smoothly. Highly recommend!

I went during Restaurant Week, and highly recommend a visit, the views alone make it worth it! One of the standout features was how easy it was to directly message the team for more information and make adjustments to my reservation. The process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly responsive and accommodating.

As for the food, it was absolutely incredible. The mashed potatoes were some of the best I’ve ever had – perfectly seasoned and so creamy they practically melted in my mouth. The mac and cheese was equally impressive, with a rich and velvety texture that made it irresistible.

Thanksgiving Brunch was outstanding! Wonderful variety of soups, salads, seafood, beef, turkey, lots of vegetarian and gluten free options too. Delicious desserts and breathtaking views. Will definitely return. Only thing missing was some yummy crusty breads to sop up all the delicious !

Our experience at the Metropolitan’s New Year’s Eve celebration was deeply disappointing and highlighted a severe lack of organization. From the start, we waited in line for over an hour—despite having VIP tickets—just to receive a ā€œbadge.ā€ On New Year’s Eve, this level of inefficiency is unacceptable. The organizers completely ruined the night.
Adding insult to injury, they charged $15 plus tax, card-only, for coat check—a ridiculous fee. The food was subpar, resembling junk food, and the bar lines stretched to 30 minutes or more. The so-called ā€œVIPā€ perks were non-existent: the fireworks view was blocked by another building, and there were no paid dancers as advertised. It was a complete waste of money, and even general admission tickets wouldn’t be worth attending their events. Awful experience overall!

Came to this establishment on a Friday evening. This beautiful restaurant is located inside of the Willis tower on the 66th and 67th.

Getting to the 67th floor to dying does take some effort as you have to take the elevator all the way to the 66th floor and then get off and either take the stairs or another elevator one flight up. Totally worth the effort to make it up to this Elevated dining experience.

The views are insane. You can see in all directions from the restaurant. We were lucky that we went on a evening where there were no clouds and we could clearly see all the way to the United center and other architectural structures. I even peeped some buildings that I had never really noticed before but had amazing lighting and so definitely drew my attention period.

Onto the dining experience, we attended during restaurant week. The menu was preset. For food we got the lobster bisque, steaks & frittes, and brownie (more like banana shake) sundae. Quality of food was good. However quantity was small. I did leave slightly hungry. I enjoyed the lobster bisque But it came out slightly cooled and never really got to the temperature that I needed in a soup on a cold evening. The steak was good but portion was very small. I found the horseradish sauce on top of the steak to be overwhelming. The bread service is an additional charge however yhe bread service is an additional charge and It didn't really hit the spot.

In addition to our meal we did get several cocktails at this essablishment. My husband tried both the old-fashioned and the Scotch Sour. Old-fashioned was a better choice and offered a very smokey presentation. I ordered a French Martini and it was not very cold. I had to delete my French Martini with 2 ice cubes to get up to the preferred chill temperature. For my second drink I got a Pear 75, which is a playoff of a French 75 but made with pear gin. Overall I was pleased with my cocktail experience and what it definitely ordered that Pear 75 again.

For dessert our option was brownie sundae. Taste was good on the dessert but very heavy on banana no also it was more of a milkshake that in actual sundae.

Service here was actually really good. We enjoyed the experience that Ramon provided. All in all I would come back for a special occasion and try other items. I bet it would be a great place to have a couple of cocktails before a show downtown. Service was 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!! Food was 4 stars. Overall venue and ambience of 5 stars.

Tip: make sure you arrive earlier as you have to jump through several hoops for security purposes to get up to this restaurant. Including a meta detector.

Went for restaurant week. Was hoping to get a window table but ā€œthey were all reservedā€ even though we saw several open the entire time we were there. Added a 20% fee that is not the tip. Our server was great, can’t fault him. Food was okay, nothing to write home about. Still waiting for a place that has food that matches the view.
