Over the past 8 years, I have used ADA Central Signs for 11 retail build-outs. For the most part, I have been happy. The signs come well packaged and are consistent.

I recently placed an order for a replacement sign. It finally shipped 13 days after I placed the order. I sent an email regarding the delay, then received an email stating that my order was “declined.” I do not know whether they shipped my order or cancelled it, as they will not reply to my emails or answer their phone.

After a long partnership with ADA Central Signs, I can no longer recommend them and suggest finding an alternative.

Update: I appreciate your response to my review. Nothing about my order, previous orders, or review is fraudulent.

I received email updates today for previously paid-for and fulfilled orders from ADA, changing their status to “declined.” This is probably an attempt to 1) claim we’ve never done business, and 2) discount an honest review from a long-time customer.

Customer Service - Phenomenal and I have high standards.

Product - Excellent. They could easily charge twice as much (but they don’t!).

Details - Derrick contacted me after my first online inquiry. He was very prompt and even replied on the weekend (shocking!). I was having a hard time choosing from the color palettes online. I asked him to send me pictures of the samples and he texted me a ton of samples in outside lighting so I can check out the true colors. He even asked his co-workers to help me pick out the best color combination. I needed my products by a certain day. I ordered them last minute and they were able to push my order through so I could get it on time. Actually, it came 3 days early! 10 out of 5 stars all the way.

Great company that has just about every ADA sign you would need. Derrick and his crew are super helpful. They helped me through the whole process to get my custom sign designed and shipped. Strongly recommend these guys for any ada signage.
