I hadn't been to OfficeMax in years due to the decline in professionalism. Today I decided to bite the bullet as I needed to get some things printed off for my business and the store manager; Gabe (Gabriel), was absolutely phenomenal. He was accommodating, attentive, very professional and knows his things! It was absolutely pleased with every aspect of my visit, including my beautiful brochures!

My first impression from this store that it looks empty, but if you know what you need, you will find it there. May be they are short handed. It took me about 15 minutes to find, and there was nobody there to ask for help. Some labels, stickers or special paper you only can buy there, or wait few days from Amazon. Some computers are on big sale.

I have used the print center for year and years. Today I made the decision to never use this store for printing matters. Wanted to just email my PDF in and pick it up in a couple days. When I approached the counter, I was told that I needed to use the self service and wasn't given another option. I explained that I just wanted to email in what I needed to have printed and could pick it up a different day. Still was refused that option, then shown where the self service was at and how to operate the machine. Like I stated, next time I need something printed I will support local and go else where. If I wanted to do the printing myself I could have just gone to the library and spent less money than what I did to not only do the job of an employee, but refused an option that is available online. Will not be returning. Information needs to be reflected on website.

Saved me some costs today by pointing me to in store coupons and reminding me about their rewards program, which actually works.

Each associate in store today helped in a variety of ways and honestly they have better price on cables and memory than Walmart.

Place has been awesome recently!! Don’t have a complaint. The manager helped me find a high quality PowerPoint clicker with a laser and a new blue tooth mouse. Sooo much more convenient than the old dongle style.

I purchased a floor model printer from this store on March 4 2024 and specifically asked if it would work. I got it home and it didn’t work but it was out of ink. I ordered ink online because I don’t live close to the store. I replaced ink and it still doesn’t work. I went to exchange for a different one on 20th of March and due to it being 2 days after the return policy the general manager refused to exchange. Best Buy from now on

Edit - talked to the regional manager and he made this all right with me. Retfunded my money on the entire purchase. He was very pleasant to do business with as well as Jonathan in the Kearney store. Polite and professional.
