DO NOT WORK HERE AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!! I would leave 0 stars if i could started out okay the training was extremely vague and then they threw the lot of us on the phone navigating through the system and answer calls then did reviews on those for QA and it negatively affected. They only allow you 40mins through the whole day to take any type of break you need. If you need to go to the bathroom after that it’s counted against you. They then want you to take all these extra trainings and learn to do surveys for hospitals and clinics with no pay increase for doing so. When making these out bound calls they have to be within seconds of each other this is not an exaggeration if they are not its counted against you. the health benefits are a part of medicare and its trash insurance and if you live in texas like myself its nearly impossible finding a doctor to accept it.

I have been working here over a year. Great place to work! Remote work. Team leads/Supervisors get back to you quickly when you have any problems. Flexible schedule. They give you the time off when needed/requested.

They're flexible and willing to work with me schedule-wise but the pay could be better. The plans they offer for health insurance are based off high salaries that they do not provide. I cannot afford their health insurance plans and they continue to only offer unaffordable health insurance plans costing $500+ a month! I expected more from a company who has a net worth of $10-$100 million! Hopefully they can improve their Healthcare for their employees to live.

Started off promising, then all of a sudden they laid me and like 35 others off from one day to the next. They said that they were waiting for clinics to come onboard, but unfortunately that the clinics backed out. Really? I left a decent job for them and their empty promises. Now I find myself job searching again! BEWARE!!!

I started 11/2020. Absolutely love it!!! Remote work. Team Leads/Supervisors always get's back to me when asked a question. Hours are perfect for me. Can't say anything bad about this job. They understand you have personal life outside also. Flexible schedules when you need it.

Worked for this place and was not very professional. I worked here just a little over three year. At first I really enjoyed here and made some great friends. They had "OK" benefits at first. Their medical insurance is horrible. At that time they only put in roughly 2% into your 401k plan if you put in 4%. Sorry but I have seen way better plans than that. Just last year they had a meeting about the company. I watched on my lunch and found out the company was not doing good at all. They cut out all the 401k plans and did not put their 2% in anymore. All of a sudden people started leaving left and right. I talked to someone who left and they said it was because PRC refused to give out bonuses to certain employees. Also in that meeting the CEO said no one is getting a raise and even cut his and some of the other higher up people pays. Well come to find out that is a complete lie. Interviews did get a raise. So why would you lie to your own employees and not tell them the truth? That is when I started looking for other options. I talked to a supervisor about this issue and later talked to HR about it. three months went by and nothing changed or no follow up. I started looking else where for employment. When I found a new job I gave my two weeks notice to my supervisor. The follow Monday I walk into work and I have people pull me off to the side and say that they are going to send me on my way. What kind of a company just sends people on their way after they give them a two weeks notice. That is complete B.S. I later found out that they fired a lady who worked there for over 20 years and was coming up to retire. They only gave her 4 days of pay. At the same time they fired someone else who was only there three years or less and paid him three full months of pay. This very unprofessional and very wrong of any company who does this to employees.

I would never work for a place like this and I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a job here to really read the reviews and avoid this place.
