I have purchased many sets of polos from Caps Etc. and have been very pleased with the time frame in which they were done and also the quality in which they looked when completed. I wear these each day for work and get nothing but compliments in how they look and how professional they are. I would highly recommend Caps Etc. for one shirt or for many shirts or promotional products. I also now have used and recommended CAPS to a non profit I help with and many other companies and everyone has been over the top with assistance to make our items in need look great!!

We had a meeting with a very important figure in the music industry. As a brand new startup, we new we needed to look our best. SO, we drove around Omaha looking to get some polos embroidered. Everywhere we went told us they needed a longer timeline, and couldn't complete the work within the 10 days we had to get the job done. We called and visited a list of places before we landed at Caps Etc. In addition to turning us down on our timeline, they were all pretty high priced.

We landed at Caps Etc. worn and feeling hopeless. Enter Tracy. Not only was Caps Etc. able to complete the job within our time frame, they were also significantly cheaper than pretty much everywhere else we'd gone. So affordable in fact, that we also added t-shirts and caps to our order. More product for the money, incredible customer service, amazing turn around time, and exceptional quality. Tracy was real with us on issues with our logo, and that it might not translate well to embroidery, and was more than willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs.

Tracy and Caps Etc. are the exact reason shopping local is best. If you need embroidery, custom shirts, hats, merch, etc. Just go to Caps Etc. You're not going to find a better shop for what you need!

Caps Etc and Tracy are great to work with. Tracy has many options to create great logo apparel for work, sports, schools, and etc. They have access to good promotional products to supply to clients as well!

Tracy and Chase are great!!! I had an original design on a VERY short timeline. Tracy returned my call while he was on vacation and sent me electronic samples!!! Very affordable and professional!! I will definitely use them again. Can't say enough good things.

Very affordable.
High quality work.
Turn around time was insanely fast (literally less than 24 hours) on two BJJ Gis, that I needed before I went to compete in Kazakhstan. Could not say nicer things about the store, or the people. Genuine. Serious. Under promise and over deliver.
I had asked diGiorgios first, and they literally said "No. 3 week wait." They would not expedite the process, even with cost being virtually no object, on this occasion.
Caps Etc, however? Less than a day. Affordable rush fee ($50) and INCREDIBLE WORK!

Couldn't be happier. They will have the business of my team from now, going forward.
