Oh my gosh. Please if you want to lose your mind try the a.i. that cox has. Names Oliver. So smart has no ability to even understand my cable is out. Can you re Frase that I can't understand? Gads a cable company that has a.i that didn't even program that in? Gads this is a insane way to run a business that takes 250.00 bucks a month just from me. And good luck talking to anyone there. The place is on auto pilot.

Traded my old modem for cox's " new and improved " one. a month later, had cox out to switch to a different modem as it had quit working. Cox tech said he had to look under the skirting of my modular home. He didn't replace the skirting, told cox that he switched to my "personal modem" (NOT! It was cox's modem) and I got charged $167 for all that only to have it go out twice. Looking into switching internet providers ASAP!

Ugh. Cox is horrible. Good speed but so expensive. Recomend T mobile 5G if you have good service. Saved me $90 a month. Cox is a monopoly cashing in on lack of competition. Wont last long

For the past 3 weeks, from the first week of August until today, our Cox internet has gone down almost every single night for 2 to 4 hours. Unacceptable. Do you think Cox might prorate our bill?

If you like aggravation and spending your hard earned money for an amateur
"commutation" company, by all means, start getting cox.
Or save your money and go a different way.
