The team here is absolutely incredible. They stayed friendly and professional even under pressure. You could tell they are working hard to keep things running smoothly, and they did a great job. Huge respect to the staff for keeping a positive attitude and providing great service.

Integrity

Not one white or black US citizens working there. Mainly Mexican immigrants but the problem is, I should have studied the reviews closer before getting my hopes up high. This place is trash and racist. One lady told me that a particular job was not available but then turn around and told me that It was available.

Also, another time, one told me to come do the paper work for a job and turned around and gave it to a Mexican immigrant. I walked in and he was doing the paper work. I had traveled all the way by bus. This place is not what it’s cracked up to be. They seem to give all the good jobs to their people or let them sit until one of their people come in who are qualified. Been trying to get a job through these people since March, it’s always an excuse. I see the short staff vehicles by my house all the time. They suppose to transport to and from certain assignments. At this point, if it’s not a meat packing plant, I don’t think they transport. Any how, If you want fair treatment, don’t go to this place. I don’t like the fact that they lie to you - definitely seems like another case of power abuse.

I have an awesome experience, while applying for a job at Short Staff. I have been out of work for a couple of years and was unsure of myself and the type of work I could really apply myself in order to be successful. I left Short Staff feeling motivated and confident to works.
