If you like thievery and theft, this is the perfect company for you! We were currently told we were losing internet service and we needed to find a new provider (no skin off my back). We were also told we had till may 1st to do so. So the last 20-25 days have had NO internet service to speak of. Couldn’t even send a simple iMessage before you got a notification stating no wifi was available please use cellular data. But guess who still gets to pay the $60 dollar bill for absolutely nothing! Diode communications is a joke unless you’re on their fiber optic line. They could care less about your service or what they are charging you.

Incredible how they throttle your connection when 25 Mbps is promised and you only get 8 Mbps. When you run a speed test, you can tell that their ISP system detects a speed test, so they boost your connection. If you turn on a VPN, the ISP system won't detect a speed test, so it'll run as if you were doing normal things (ie. Watching YouTube).
My internet has cut out so many times now and its just plain stupid. Only one person has to be on it and the bandwidth chooses one path to route to.

By far the worst internet providers in the country.

They have good customer service when I have called in the past but there service is slow and buffers quite often. This last time I called about the problem and the lady that was helping to fix it over the phone went through several thing but it was still slow so she told me that it could be the location of the router (where the tech installed it). So she was going to have a different tech call me and I unplugged the Wifi and router and moved it but didn't get it plugged back in correct so when he did he said there was a problem and he couldn't help so I told him I did unplug it and wasn't sure if I got it plugged in correct and asked him for help and he helped me but it still didn't work so he was sending a tech. When the tech came he said it wasn't hooked up right and fixed it but them also updated the router (that they sold me) and switched channels that the signal is coming in on. The Wifi is still not running proper and when I got my bill there was a $90.96 charge and when I called they said it was for them plugging in the lines correctly that took 2 seconds and they said sense he had to fix the cords that is why I got charged the $90.96 fee. WOW and they will send a tech again to see why the internet is not working. So frustrated!!!

Horrible service currently I'm getting 700-800 kb(when I'm lucky) and around 3 or 4 am I can get 4 or 5mb the service is HORRIBLE for 40 something dollars a month this is highway robbery
