Unfortunately I had a recruiter that wasn't knowledgeable nor forthcoming about a matter but promoted false information that wasted my time. This company has always had a good reputation with me until now. I don't like working with people who has an questionable character. Good luck to those that put their trust in their hands, especially when working with agencies and recruiters that lie.

I'm a traveling respiratory therapist and LRS was the PERFECT agency. My team is Sarah, Josey and Nathan. Each individual is extremely helpful, communicative and supportive on my journey to find a perfect assignment. I'm beyond thrilled to be working with this agency.

I’ve been working with LRS as a histotechnician for three years. Multiple contracts with multiple extensions. I’ve had only great experiences with my recruiter, Mitch Overton. He’s always been in communication and ready to help me with
anything that comes up, personal or professional.

My mother passed away unexpectedly this year on a Sunday and I needed to get a hold of someone to notify LRS I needed to go home. The emergency line worked beautifully and I was put in contact with someone immediately. LRS even made a donation to my mother’s charity of choice.

The LRS Connect App makes the entire experience really easy. Logging hours, finding new contracts, and uploading documents is literally a couple taps away.

My experience is that LRS and their recruiters care about you as people. I’m really sad to see the comments that suggest otherwise. That’s definitely not what LRS strives for. The only negative thing I can say is that on two occasions over 8 facilities and 3 years, there have been minor snafus regarding compliance and getting pre-employment lab work set up.

Still 5 stars. It has been the best work experience I’ve ever had.

Run.! Recruiter acted as though he received no email from regarding the horrible facility. Never immediately responded and days later ...ohh i didn't see you called or text..And make sure you know if you cancel contract for any reason they take 1500.00 of you hard earned money. They don't tell you this upfront, but it's in the contract. Low pay horrible recruiter and payroll department.

I've been working with LRS for three years and every assignment I have had I completed it.my housing was always paid , I always was able to work 8-13 weeks ratio 1:8 a few light weight hoyers stand lifts through out the whole facility.i understood to share and communicate with my recruiter I always got further.you were recognized by the company.the job locations are pretty decent and they are bout 2-3 hours away far from home.have you ever thought I'm leaving cause you are up against other agencies while you work just got to Kno how to negotiate your skills and promise time availability to work 😜 with your recruiter

Yes, I agree with all comments on poor service. All they care about is getting you to sign contract. I completed my contract, 3 weeks later, I’m still trying to get paid. I have submitted my hours numerous times, had the proper signatures with a confirmed submission from computer, sent all pictures of confirmation of them receiving the information. Like I say, 3 weeks and I’m still waiting.

Recruiters at this place don’t care.
You're just another sale.
They will be MIA when you need them the most. And the pay is lower than other places. They are terrible with follow up. Terrible. My recruiter would just disappear days on end.. Once they close the sale there is ZERO service or follow through. The communication is horrible! I’m seeing by these reviews I’m not alone and should’ve read these before committing to anything. Live and learn.

I was with LRS for about a year and a half. My last assignment I was asked to extend approx 4 times, I liked the facility and had a great relationship with staff and management so I would extend. My contract ended 3/12. I was supposed to take a 2 week break in between contracts then start back up 3/27. Well a week before my contract ends my recruiter texts me and says we gave the hospital the wrong dates your current contract is supposed to end 4/1. However the contract I physically signed stated 3/12. I expressed my concern to my recruiter regarding my 2 week break as I needed that time off. My recruiter assured me everything would be fine and would communicate to the hospital the wrong dates were given and we would start back up on the original date of 3/27. Fast forward to 3/13, I am getting calls from the hospital stating I am scheduled to work. I called the LRS emergency line, no one answered and the answering machine was full! I texted my recruiter, he got back to me the next day stating “working on it now.” A week later I get a text from the manager of the floor that my contract is canceled. At first I was told by my recruiter- when I notified him- it was due to low census, then a week later after applying to other jobs in the same hospital system I’m getting feedback , due to “attendance issues .” So now, every time I apply for this certain hospital system my application is declined!. Communication is a huge issue here!
