Choosing Visiting Angels for my parents was the best decision we made. The caregivers are extremely kind, compassionate and so caring! They work hard and always make sure my parents are well taken care of. The office staff is amazing and their communication is outstanding! I highly recommend them! They truly are ANGELS!

This company does not care about their clients due to the little to no training they provide their caregivers with. A nonmedical company providing services to clients with medical needs is putting clients at risk for abuse and neglect. Poor scheduling and care managers assigning caregivers to clients with no good understanding of what theyre actually dealing with. The clients under this companys care are not having their needs met by the bare minimum training their staff has. Clients know when their caregiver has no experience and its not fair to the clients to be in the hands of a company with no proper training. Im writing this review to alert the public to not consider this company unless you want clients to get the care this company offers but sadly does not provide. This company will probably say they provide training but unfortunately they dont provide the correct training for some of the high risk clients they have in their care.

I can’t say enough good things about this company it would take all day. In a crisis with my 89 year old mother they were on the job in minutes. After there help for 2 weeks I didn’t need them.
A few weeks later on a weekend I needed help. I called Visiting Angels again on a weekend and had care givers in just a few hours. Prompt, careing, loving people they are. If you need help with your loved one or yourself call Visiting Angels. I just love them! 🌹💕🕊

Visiting Angels has been a life saver for our family. Their services are easy to set up, and tailored to the client’s needs. Nancy M. is an incredible coordinator, making sure my parents get what they need, even when schedules change. She works so hard to match clients and aids to ensure everyone is comfortable. Kerri has been a terrific aid and so helpful! We found ourselves in need of immediate assistance after my mom’s accident in the fall. VA was the only service that offered everything my parents would need: help around the house and transportation to appointments. It has worked out so well for us! Visiting Angel's has taken care of my grandparents for 2 years. The caregivers have done an outstanding job. They gave me a piece of mind that my grandparents were safe and taken care of when our family couldn't be there. Visiting Angel's was reliable and compassionate right from the beginning. I am updating this review since we have ended service with Visiting Angels, but only due to a move out of state. After three years and six months I can tell you hand down this is a terrific service. They were there the moment mom needed them in 2019 and there until the very day she moved in Oct. The Caregivers have a range of experience, but they come well trained and able to assist with needs. The management cares about the clients and the employees and do a great job understanding their needs in order to get a good output for clients. We would have taken many of the Caregivers with us if it were possible. We'll miss all of you.

Three years prior to update: I found Visiting Angel's when I was handed a several page document and was asked to choose a caregiver company. How was I supposed to find them? I started at the bottom of the last page and there was Visiting Angel's just a few calls in.

We've been using Visiting Angel's since the end of April 2019 and still using them. Mom is very pleased and so is the whole family! The caregivers are always pleasant and the staff members Julie, Melissa, and Christy go way out of their way to accommodate situations and sometimes even when they wouldn't have to. There is a genuine feeling that they care about your loved, and you. I highly recommend this company for others!
