So nostalgic!!! Haven't had them in years and finding GoGoCurry here in jersey was honestly the best surprise!

The chicken katsu was super crunchy and flavorful, and HUGE lol I love the shredded cabbage which perfectly balanced out the rich dark curry. And the rice was the solid - sorry but not sorry - short grain rice which always makes everything even more tasty LOLLL

Very happy and can't wait to visit next time!

Oh my goodness, words cannot describe how good this was. I just landed from a 9 hour flight, first thing my friend wanted was Go Go Curry. My god the chicken was so perfectly crunchy, full of flavor. The rice? Absolutely delicious. And the service? This lady was the nicest person in Newark. Sorry we scared you while you were cleaning lol. Anyways, I highly recommend visiting this place.

My First Go Go Curry Experience – A Must-Try for Japanese Food Lovers!

Yesterday, I had my first meal at Go Go Curry, and I absolutely loved it! Japanese food is one of my favorites, and this spot did not disappoint.

First, the restaurant is spotless, with fun animation art covering the walls—such a great atmosphere to enjoy a meal with family and friends. Since I don’t eat chicken or meat, I was happy to find a delicious option for vegetable lovers. I ordered the vegetable tempura, which was perfect—lightly battered with no trace of oil, just the way I love it. Absolutely delicious!

The rice was perfectly moist, and the curry sauce and cabbage complemented the flavors beautifully. If you’re ever in downtown Newark or heading to a local Anime/Comic-Con event, be sure to find them and give their food a try. You won’t regret it!

Special dishes at Go!Go!Curry! are called Home Run, Grand Slam and World Champion, to pay tribute, as we continue to move forward and expand nationwide.

Go! Go! CURRY! is delicious and freshly made, yet quick, and high-quality. We make our curry using the 55 process, 5 hours to stew and 55 hours to mature before serving. That is why all the ingredients are all melded together and the sauce is thick like gravy. Katsu are hand-breaded at each store daily and deep-fried at time of order."

it was my first time here, trying their dish, I thought Ramen is the top dish in Japan, the guy at the counter told us it was Japanese Curry.

It was Sunday evening, and I got the parking easily, in fact, I got it in front of the restaurant. It's fast food kinda vibe, you order & pickup at the counter. I got Chicken Katsu curry and also ordered Shrimp Tempura.

The chicken was crunchy, I thought if it was covered with gravy and sauce it would get soggy, but nope it was crunchy on the base of rice and gravy, also shrimp Tempura- it was amazing.
