On 09/16/2022 I signed a contract with Your Business Marketer for: Online Display Ads, Paid Social Media Ads, and Ads Content.
The contract states:
With the Online Displays ads, they use “Programmatic Ads Demographic/Geographic Targeted Ads”, with the objective of “Increasing online awareness through highly targeted display ads”. The Campaign Details state: Targeting through data homeowners in the local area for
top-of-mind awareness. Ads to deliver 1,500,000
impressions over the course of the campaign. Ads
targeting specified data and geographic areas to increase
site traffic and engage the audience. Ads designed to drive
people to the website.
The underlined paragraph are the parts of the contract that has been promised but not been delivered.
I have been promised a Behavioral target so only customers interested in my service (Solar Panels System) will be targeted with the ads and directed to my website, this has not been delivered since 100% of the leads are not interested, 100% are not real customers, 100% of them did click on any add, as you can see in the spreadsheet I create for all the leads from Your Business Marketer.
My ads are all in Spanish and my target is Spanish-speaking people in the Chicago Metropolitan Area, this also has not been delivered, as you can see in the spreadsheet.
My ads have not been Demographic and geographically targeted since 29% are not hispanic, 13% are from another state, and 3% are out of the country.
With Paid Social Media Ads, they use Targeted Social Media. Build social media interaction and action with ads growing an engaged targeted audience to raise awareness and increase exposure.
The contract in the Campain Details for Targeted Social Media, states:
Social media ads on Facebook and Instagram to gain
awareness to homeowners in the local area, as well as
growing a following. Ongoing ads driving them to take
action leading to long-term consistent client growth for
Solar Professionals of Illinois.
This has also been promised but not delivered since most of the leads they provide are not homeowners, also I have an application that every time somebody is on my website I get notified, and that never happens, what makes me think that the money they supposed to expend in ads they did not and most of the lead has been fabricated.
I create a spreadsheet with every single lead they provide, there show these results:

100 % they didn't click on any add
100 % are not interested
29 % are not Hispanic (all ads we create are in Spanish)
25 % came with no name or phone, only email address
20 % have bad information
13 % are from another state (no good geofencing) - 24
11 % bad or wrong phone number
10 % never answer
6 % don't have a house
3 % don't have a name
3 % out of the country (really bad geofencing) - 6
2 % an old person living in an assisted living home - 4
2 % hung up
1 % have solar panels
All this analysis confirms my suspicion that the leads have been fabricated and are not real.
Is worth noticing that four of these leads are from old people living in nursing assisted homes, waiting for a call from a family member, a son, or a grandchild, and instead they get a call from me when they never were interested, Your Business Marketer use them to fulfill a quota of leads they need to show, this prove, they have no shame.
On a phone conversation with Mike Snellenberger on 01/18/2023, I expressed my desire to cancel our arrangement since they were not delivering what they promise and the leads were very bad, and he refuse.
On 03/21/2023 I spoke with the fraud department of US Bank because I continue to get charged after I put a stop payment on 03/02/2023, they state that the company use a Quickbooks service and was able to get around my stop payments and get paid.
I have to close my business checking account because I believe they will not stop with the contract, they will keep on trying to get more and more.
