Jen at Happy Shoutouts was a pleasure to work with! Our brother had a quick wedding in Columbus, but most of our family lives in a different state. We wanted that surprise factor to make a big impact since we couldn't be there in person to celebrate. We were thrilled when she sent a photo of the final look! Jen was very responsive and easy to coordinate with. It was all done and done after just a few texts. I highly recommend Happy Shoutouts if you want to make a moment special and EASY!

We hired Happy Shoutouts for my son’s first birthday. The sign was absolutely amazing and the owner is extremely nice. All around a great experience. What went well? Absolutely everything. Incredible communication from start to finish. They let me know when they were coming so I could distract my wife; they sent pics when it was done; texted to let me know that the following day could be windy and that they would be out to fix anything that got blown over; they texted to let me know when they’d be there to pick everything up. Completely hands off for me and a huge success!

Great communication and follow through. It was perfect and a fun surprise. Did it for my adult son who met a milestone in his profession. We had terrible storm after it was installed, and it made it through in tact- didn’t move at all.
