Mass amounts of FCC regulation violations.Richardson’s call center and Ai has called me 47 times this week to see if I am interested in a new roof, siding or windows. None of which I have opted to be contacted about. I have said stop calling, put me on the DNC list, I don’t own a house, call me again and I’ll report you to the FCC. You name it, I have said it. They just keep calling. Fun part is my number they keep calling is 100% recorded. I answer every single one of them so it’s recorded who called me and what I said. I suggest you do the same and report it all as well. I’m happy to provide you with the place to send the complaint and documentation.

I have been in the lead generation business for over 10 years, I know the industry very very well. Built and sold 3 highly successful agencies. We occasionally partner with lead vendors to help boost our lead production. Richardson Marketing Group is by far the worst lead vendor I have ever come across in 10 years. What Richardson marketing Group provides is aged data primarily, other than their “Live Lead Transfer” program which was a total bust as well. We bought multiple kinds of aged data, and we have no problem with aged data. However, this data was so old and outdated and poor that the vast majority of this data “problem” is listed below.

1. Over 9 months old: not 30,60 or even 90 days old, aged data that we thought we were purchasing.
2. Called hundreds of times by other purchasers.
3. Wrong number answers: Example: police depts, YMCA, Schools.
4. Many many many disconnected numbers.
5. We even bought super targeted “true Solar” leads; results were worse.
6. Prospects yelling at our marketing team to stop calling because they have been contacted hundreds of times.

This whole experience was a nightmare, and costly.

We called these lists multiples times with different approaches and different pitches: Same results, more upset people. Refer to 1-6 above.

Their replacement leads to fixing the problem is the same bad data originally purchased.

To be clear we were not expecting “exclusive leads” we were expecting quality aged data.

Unfortunately, there are some companies that sell bad aged lead data and essentially take people's money. These companies may promise high-quality, targeted leads but deliver outdated, inaccurate or irrelevant data.

Perhaps Richardson Marketing group has had success with other clients, but from someone in the lead business myself it did not work out at all, to the tune of thousands of dollars.

The good news is our firm can generate highly valuable exclusive leads that are minutes old not years old. I think will just stick with what works, that equates to our clients being happy.

It's important to note, however, that not all companies that sell aged data leads engage in fraudulent or unethical practices. There are legitimate companies that sell high-quality, compliant aged data leads that can be a valuable resource for businesses looking to reach new customers.

A full refund or partial refund seems appropriate from Richard Marketing Group.

We are very disappointed with the quality of leads we've been receiving for the past 5 months. We have not been able to have a meaningful conversation with a single lead from the list. They either hang up on us, ghost us, or STOPALL to our text messages. The ones who answer us say it's the wrong number/person. We have received hundreds of leads from RMG and it is taking numerous hours from our producers to find a single prospect. TRMG are quick to send you replacements that are rejected by your CRM, but it seems they're replacing trash with more trash. We do not recommend RMG leads at all.

I have been working with Dave for just about 3 years now. He has been fantastic to work with always answering all my questions and when leads come back that are workable they stand behind what they sell. The Leads we have bought without doubt have helped us grow our book over the last 3 years. I wholeheartedly recommend RNG

If you are looking for health insurance leads, look elsewhere. Most of the leads are disconnected or bad numbers. Don't even have a chance to work them. The rep was professional, and they may have other lead sources dialed in, but this was a HUGE waste of money for me. Don't buy health insurance aged data from this company!
