My franchise utilized Badlime for winter apparel. They had to re-do a few items as the consistency and quality was not great. The gentleman I spoke to was polite and seemed concerned about resolving the issue. After receiving the altered items, one was different from the rest. I emailed Badlime about this and was told it was simply a sample with which they did not like the outcome. They then chose not to apply this method of embroidery to the rest of the apparel, but still gave us the sample as one of the articles we paid for. My team is now stuck with a hat that looks much different from the rest. To add to this, I was told the apparel was ready for pickup when it was not. When I arrived for pickup, I was directed to email Badlime myself to resolve the issue. I felt pushed aside. My company will no longer be recommending our clients to visit Badlime for apparel.

Badlime printed awesome t-shirts for the grand opening event of my new business! People still mention to this day how it’s their favorite T-shirt because of how soft they are and the awesome design with liquid gold lettering.

They have amazing customer service and really care about what you want. What I really love about Badlime’s printing business is that I prefer to work with a local business and speak with real people rather than go online with no sense of direction and risk getting a low quality product that you don’t even like. At Badlime, I have peace of mind. The staff works with you on the design and they make sure it’s something you are happy with before it ever gets printed into a final product. I have also chosen many other Badlime products such as promotional pens, tablecloths, etc. I highly recommend them for any of your promotional needs!

Made 2 orders with no problems with them. 7 day turn around. Communication is very bad; could’ve been the time of the year nonetheless; they charged me 3 times & didn’t respond when I tried to get in contact via payment until 4 days later on a Wednesday after I already called the bank after the extra payments. Then they claimed that I never paid 3 times as my bank claimed otherwise and did not want to refund me. I placed my 4th order for 2 shirts and then they were very unreliable in terms of just send me invoices, mock-ups, & replying so I could pay for my 2 products. From 11/10-11/30 I reached out to get in contact about my shirts with no contact. I received an email on 11/30 saying Id have to pay upfront & pay the manager only to walk in to the manager or whoever to say my money wasn’t good enough. They were upset that I called my bank to get my funds back for a previous transaction when they didn’t want to refund me; then said they don’t need my money for that reason saying I was unsatisfied. In reality I’m unsatisfied because they wasted 15+ days of time kept my designs and graphic and still did not create my shirts after I send what style of shirt & had the money ready in hand.… don’t waste your time. I’m a young black male so it rubbed me the wrong way but I’m just here to give the review of my experience. The products are great the service is sub-par.
