I absolutely CAN NOT stress how much I love this company. I had times when I was in a placement that I did not mesh with. When I brought the concerns to the company, they took them seriously. They coached me on how best to deal with the situation, and when I was sure the placement was not a good fit, they looked for a new one right away. I left one job, and within 24-72 hours, I was in a new placement.
I have enjoyed being a temp and learning all of the different skills and working with Tammy, Gillian, and especially Derek.
Not to mention Julie at the front desk.

I always thought a lot about Robert Half. They used to work to fit me with a position. Now they went to ghosting. I have worked for RH in the past and was always impressed by the integrity and great staff. Things have changed.
I was recently contacted by Stephanie F and had a video interview on March 21, 2024. She had 2 positions. I expressed interest in 1 and asked for a job description, since she could offer NO details on the position and said no interview with the client required to work at this one. I was even willing to talk with the client prior and expressed interest in doing so. (I like knowing what the position entails and what they are looking for in a position. I don't believe in jumping at anything tossed at me and have to be somewhat selective, when it's my livelihood that's involved).
She said she would check with them and also asked me to forward my resume to her direct. I emailed it on the same day. Since then I haven't heard anything. Not even an email. I sent her a follow up email a week ago and didn't even get any response. I have a strong background, ethics, and work record. Even if the position was filled or the client wasn't interested, agencies usually at least inform you rather than ghost people and ignore them. She made me feel like she was interested throughout our interview. Now they don't even bother.

Great experience with Robert Half if you are considering using a staffing/temp agency! It is mostly temp to hire office type positions.
I recently moved to a new city and didn't have a clue on what local companies would align with what I was looking for. Gillian and Derek quickly got to work and their first pick turned out to be a perfect fit. They maintained constant contact and communication throughout the interview and hiring process and were available anytime I had questions. I am now a permanent employee of the company I temped with.
