I would right zero stars if I could.. the internet constantly has outages. You have to reset your internet twice a week and it takes 30+ min for it to fully boot up.. and the internet speeds are not what they advertised or disclose in your bill.. i am supposed to have 1gig speed and I sit around 250 to 350 mbps laughable at best..

Horrible service in the past few months. My internet goes off for days...They say that a tech will be sent on a certain day and then they cancel it for no reason. A CS rep said they should fee should be taken off of my bill when they do that.

Would rate 0/5 stars if I could. My Internet went down Oct 11 and again Nov 11. Technicians aren't available when I'm available. In October I needed to wait over two weeks to get it fixed. This time I'm just canceling the account. The only good thing is that they did credit my account. But that's literally the least they could do. Go with anyone else, really. I live in Tuba City. NTUA or even StarLink

The wifi is trash because when I play my game and another person plays there game it kicks me off and I can't connect to it until the other person gets off

Frontier out of Window Rock is TRASH. Ongoing disconnections throughout the day for hours at a time. I've made several appointments to fix the issue and it either doesn't get fixed or nobody shows up. The techs are worthless and there is no communication in the company or desire to fix issues. Customer service just tries to send people to fix the issue and they don't show up. Endless cycle of nothing. Boycott this company until they show they value customers. Time to get Starlink and stop overpaying for this trash.
