I came to this location for the print center to have some of my grandmothers original paintings scanned and was told that they were unable to do so because they recently got new printers that do not have the ability to make scans. As an artist that sells my own art prints and had them scanned at Staples, I’m almost 100% certain that this is false and the associate at the desk simply did not want to help us with our scans. I understand that this is a very unique request but customer service should be the top priority of any print center, especially one that has no other customers in line. I highly recommend that you go to another print center because they will not be willing to help you here. I’m super disappointed in Staples and will be sure to go somewhere else from now on.

The staff is doing a great job managing the overflow of customers and orders due to the recent closing of the 280 location but are in need of additional help. Corporate should consider things like this when closing stores.
