it's like my guts are a dryer and the sushi is a pair of timbs. oh my days. scallion pancakes tasted like old oil, miso soup tasted like amniotic fluid, sushi was ok but now is ravaging my bowels, margarita had a maybe 3% alcohol content, salmon teriyaki was "OK could use salt". i don't know what was on the lettuce. the duck sauce is very obviously applesauce based. the server was nice but really slow.

if you are an old white person this place is probably fine but unfortunately i have left long island before.

We had dinner here last night and it was phenomenal. A last-minute craving for American Chinese food turned out to be stuffing my face with all the classics: wings, ribs, shrimp and honey walnut, General Tso’s chicken, etc etc. We even adventured and got fancy dishes like Five Spiced Long Island duck and butterflied prawn. All so amazing. Perfect place for date night or simply a nostalgia evening for good American Chinese food.

I ordered pick up from this place. It's the only thing I ate that day. Fast forward several hours later to my stomach doing the harlem shake and a headache. Also, I ordered the sweet and sour sauce on the side, instead it was on the chicken making it soggy. I also ordered 2 extra duck sauces, there were only 2 in the bag - extra implies that there's at least 1 already included. Never again.

A classic dine in Chinese restaurant. The atmosphere is clean and pleasant. A large dish of their fresh fried noodles with duck sauce and hot mustard is always a treat. The option to make an entree a whole meal is nice including appetizer, soup, and dessert. Two of us had half Peking duck which is wrapped in a flour pancake with cucumber, green onion and hoisin sauce with extra crispy drumsticks. Another companion enjoyed boneless ribs and the fourth has shrimp with honey roasted walnuts. A thoroughly enjoyable meal with great service.

This is a well-kept old-school Chinese/Japanese food restaurant. The dining room is large with very pretty decor featuring paper lanterns and soft lighting. The service was perfect! The waiter brought over a pot of tea, water, and fried noodles right away. Took our orders promptly. The lunch specials had generous portions and were delicious! I had beef and broccoli with brown rice. My husband had eggplant and zucchini in garlic sauce. The prices were also great. There were many vegetarian options as well. If you are in the area, this place is highly recommended.

One of the only sit down Chinese food restaurants left, we always come to so far so good , the food is absolutely delicious and always fresh, they have Chinese food options and sushi options, they make an amazing general Cho’s shrimp it is my favorite dish. They make excellent ribs as well. The best part about it all is the homemade chips and duck sauce you get when you first sit down at the table!!!

Authentic chinese restaurant experience. The charming decor sets the tone, which is further solidified with the food. Best sesame chicken I've had in years!

I went here because the reviews were good and 3 people I know said it was good. There are no old fashioned Chineese restaurants anymore seems and all the take out places are filthy. I ordered and brought the food home. While waiting, I saw the restaurant area. To me, it looked very old, old carpet not clean. An odd smell. It looked like the old fashioned Chinese restaurants from decades ago, which if it was clean and food good would've been a great thing. Besides the old worn old look and dirty carpet, it didn't smell good. I figured maybe the food is good. I knew people who liked it, and it wasn't empty. When I went home and then ate the food, it didn't have a good fresh smell, and it didn't taste good. I threw it out.
The local take out is better although now I don't go to any since they are super dirty.
