We ordered t shirts for our business online and they only lasted a few months. So, this time we went through Koppel Advertising. The shirts came out great! They are so professional looking and the quality of the shirts are amazing! We also ordered business cards. Catherine is so kind and wonderful to work with! Buyer beware. You'll have to work with Ken. His people skills leave something to be desired. If he doesn't agree with you, he'll hang up the phone. If he misses a deadline, he says "oh well". In this day in age, you're better served to get these types of services from the internet or big box like MinuteMan. This small town mom and pop just can't keep up. Did I mention that Ken will just hang up in you if he doesn't like what you're saying? It's a shame, the company I work for has done business with Koppel for years. Many years. Thanks Ken for making it easy to not do anymore business with you. You won't be missed.

we provided usb flash drive to this company on alibaba, and the price we offered was EXW price(excluding tariffs), the owner Ken received goods and complained that we didn't lower declaration so that they paid lots of bucks on tax, but the truth is he already confirmed the shipping invoice and knew what happened. This guy was fooled by Chinese vendor and wanted to hurt a good vendor's reputation on purpose now, so he left bad review on alibaba purpose, be careful guys when you consider doing business with this company

Terrible customer service. Asked for a quote on something. Decided we couldn't afford it. Called to let them know and Ken said "thanks for wasting my time" and hung up.
