Unbelievable Customer Service and Products. We recently purchased a vacation home in the mountains and Rocky Knob made a big wooden sign for us of our Cabin Name, "Casa de Sonrisas." While his initial quote was way out of our price range, he worked with us to make us something within our price range and for that we're so thankful. WE LOVE IT!!!!! He sent me this photo while he was making it, yet I don't have a pic of it finished as it's still in it's shipping crate. I will post another picture once we get it hung at our cabin this weekend. Brian is a woodworking master! We absolutely love the custom sign he did for our shop. It's exactly what we had envisioned. What a nice touch to have a "mock-up" sent to us for review before the sign was made. The 'engraved' letters are very pristine and sharp. They give the sign depth and dimension - much more so than a painted sign. I wasn't really sure what type of wood 'MDF' was, but it's solid and painted and looks amazing! We chose black MDF and the beauty of the wood from the engraved letters contrasts beautifully with it. We also chose the primitive edges and it's just the right amount of sanding to make it look slightly distressed - not overdone. Thanks Brian for the excellent craftsmanship and the fast shipping. We are so very pleased!
