I've been in business for 25 years and learned early on that accountant was important. What took me longer was to characterize what I actually needed. Besides bookkeeping and tax preparation, I needed someone informed, consultative, and proactive to answer questions and look out for our interests. Luke and Drew at TH3 have been great. I could not imagine a better team to work with! Luke and Drew are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very attentive to our needs. This past year I bought into a busy dental practice. With limited business experience this process seemed very overwhelming however Luke was there to hold my hand and help me learn the ropes. I contacted Drew and the TH3 team to see if they could help my small business get our books in order and advise on some bigger picture challenges we've been facing since Covid. We used to work with another accounting firm, and they did a very poor job and we had to let them go. Drew was able to step in right away to assist.
