Pamela Smith was highly recommended by one of my respected colleagues. It was apparent immediately upon meeting with her that she was just what I needed. I made it clear that her strengths are not my strengths and that I wanted her to "just do it on my behalf". I was impressed that Pam's focus was on posting content "in my voice".
