I don’t understand the bad reviews. Every time I have ever contacted the public service authority for Buchanan county they have always been professional and courteous. They’ve always spoken to me like I was almost a friend. They have always given me the information I needed, and have always been a pleasure to talk to. I feel lucky to have them to speak with whenever I have a problem which is very rare or a question. Thanks for being my Water company.
There is one thing I don't understand if we are in an extended boil water alert, then I believe it is only ethical to at the very least. Give us a discount on our water bill. Because supposedly we are paying for good clean drinkable water. That is safe. Why would we have to pay full price for water? That is not safe. To drink unless we boil it or otherwise chemically alter it that makes no sense.And it's not right.

Just bought a house in Grundy, and found that the workers at PSA were very helpful on the phone and in the office helping me to change water bill into my name .

They had the wrong address for our property and when the water was turned off, I called and told them what had happened and paid the bill immediately. I told them there was a disabled person at this address and needed the water turned on. They said they would try to get the man back out, after he had only left 10 minutes before. They were informed that the person would need to be transported to a hospital if the water was not turned back on. They did not even bother to call back to let me know the status. The maintenance man has the socials skills of an old possum. Shame on them for not caring about sick and disabled people!

The women who works in the building are beyond rude. The men who comes and checks my meter every month, has done nothing but screw up our water. This place has nothing but rude workers who think they are high class.

Since September 2019 my water bill was either $40 or $44 with almost the exact same gallons used. Then in April and May my bill shot up to $58 with pretty much the same usage. I live alone and don't use that much water. Do they not read meters every month?

They are very unprofessional and provide poor customer service. You are told one thing by one person and another thing by a different person. The director of this department has very poor customer service.

Terrible customer service. I guess they figure you have no other options so they can be awful and unprofessional.
